# Form web đăng ký

Để thiết lập và quản lý form, tại trang quản trị Nobi Pro bạn cần vào **Kênh bán hàng -> Form web đăng ký.**

**1. Thêm mới Form**

Để thêm mới form đăng ký khách hàng, tại giao diện quản lý form bạn vui lòng thực hiện các bước sau:

Bước 1: Click "Thêm Form web"

Bước 2: Form thêm mới hiển thị , nhập thông tin vào form. Lưu ý các trường có dấu hoa thị (\*) là trường bắt buộc.

Bước 3: Click "Tiếp tục"

Bước 5: Kéo thả các trường bạn muốn hiển thị trên form

Bước 6: Click "Thêm mới" 

Bước 7: Thiết lập hiển thị "Thống báo sau đăng ký" và "Xác nhận đơn hàng"

### 2. Cập nhật Form <a href="#id-2.-cap-nhat-form" id="id-2.-cap-nhat-form"></a>

‌Tại màn hình danh sách nhóm form, để cập nhật form:‌

Bước 1: Click vào dấu 3 chấm bên phải form‌

Bước 2: Click "Chỉnh sửa " -> Hiển thị form chính sửa&#x20;

Bước 3: Cập nhật thông tin trong form gồm 3 bước như thêm mới form web

Bước 4: Click "Lưu"

### 3. Xóa form web đăng ký. <a href="#id-3.-xoa-form-web-dang-ky" id="id-3.-xoa-form-web-dang-ky"></a>

Tại màn hình danh sách nhóm form, để xóa form:

Bước 1: Click vào dấu 3 chấm bên phải form

Bước 2: Click "Xóa" -> Hiển thị pop up thông báo xóa&#x20;

Bước 3: Click "Xóa"
